Crash types we handle
Rear-end collisions, T-bone and intersection crashes, head-on collisions, distracted driving, drunk driving, hit-and-run, Uber and Lyft rideshare crashes, and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims.
Full tort vs. limited tort
Pennsylvania drivers choose full or limited tort on their auto policy (75 Pa.C.S. § 1705). The selection can affect whether you can recover pain-and-suffering damages, though important exceptions exist — including for serious injury and drunk-driver crashes.
Frequently asked questions
Should I talk to the other driver's insurance company?
You are generally not required to give a recorded statement to the other driver's insurer. Statements can be used to minimize a claim. Consider speaking with an attorney first.
What if the driver who hit me had no insurance?
Uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage on your own policy (or a household policy) may apply. These are claims against your own insurer and have their own requirements.
